On Thursday, May 24, 2012 at approximately 23:30 PM, Waterloo Police responded to Allen Hospital on a report of two gunshot victims in the Emergency Department. Officer found that the shooting happened at 1228 Columbia Street, Waterloo, IA.

Injured were Anthony Kyle O'Donnell, age 24, of Heyword, CA and Clifton NMN Sallis, age 36, of Waterloo, IA. O'Donnell was shot in the forearm and bicep. He was treated and released. Sallis was shot in the chest. He went to surgery and is currently being treated at Allen.

The investigation led to arrest of Tereall Deshawn Green, age 18, of 2756 East 4th Street, Waterloo, IA. Green has been charged with Intimidation with a Dangerous Weapon, Willful Injury and Felon in Possession of a Firearm. Green is currently being held in the Black Hawk County Jail on $500,000 bond. Green's photo will not be released at this time.
