Waterloo Police have arrested the 4th "victim" from a home invasion that happened on August 28th at 223 Letsch Street, Waterloo.

Arrested was Austin Gilbert Christian, age 19, of 1228 Parker Street, Cedar Falls, IA. He has been charged with Burglary in the First Degree and Robbery in the Second Degree.
