On October 10th, 2012, the Waterloo Police Department issued a press release warning the public of a magazine scam within the city.  The scam involved a female selling magazine subscriptions under the business name of "Anti-Lazziness Sales Inc.", which was found to have been out of business for approximately one year.  

On November 16th, 2012, after the course of an investigation into these incidents, Jeanette Marie Marshall, BF, DOB 02/26/82, of Waterloo, was placed under arrest for these incidents and charged with five counts of Aggravated Misdemeanor Forgery, and transported to the BHC Jail where she was booked in.
