On Monday, January 28, 2013 at approximately 10:50 PM, waterloo Police were dispatched to 133 Lobdell Road on report of a stabbing and shooting.

Upon arrival officers found two injured people:

Harold W.P. Adams, age 25, of 133 Lobdell Road, had a laceration to his forehead.
Kenneth R. Horton, age 50, of 133 Lobdell Road, had lacerations to his hands.

They were taken to Covenant Medical Center by private vehicle.

According to witnesses, the suspect used a utility knife to cut the victims. The suspect slashed all four tires on a Ford Van parked outside and fired a shot from a handgun before leaving the area on foot. The suspect has not been located.

The victim injuries are non-life threatening. Case remains under investigation.
