On Saturday September 27, 2008 at 9:17 am Waterloo Police were dispatched to a reported shooting at 223 Hope Avenue. Officers arrived and found that Terrell Manning, age 32 had been shot in the leg. Officers learned that Manning had been in the house when an subject forcibly entered the home and shot him in the leg with a handgun. Manning was treated and released from a local hospital. This case remains under investigation, and there are no further details available at this time.
