On December 18, 2009 at 8:00PM, Waterloo Police located and arrested Cory Deshaun Carter age 20 on arrest warrants for Theft 1st Degree and Burglary 2nd Degree.
Carter is a suspect in the burglary and theft of multiple firearms and other property that occurred December 17, 2009.
Carter was located at 3350 University Ave and was taken into custody without incident.
The investigation continues.
