Waterloo Police continue to investigate the suspicious deaths of two persons at 1109 Sycamore St Apt A that was reported Friday evening.

 

The victims in the incident have been identified as Machelle Lynn Nichols-West age 46 and Gregory Charles West age 55 both of 1109 Sycamore Apt A, Waterloo.

 

At this time the incident is believed to be a murder-suicide, but the investigation is ongoing. Autopsies have been scheduled with the State Medical Examiner’s Office on Sunday.

 

The incident remains under investigation at this time.
