Shortly before 2am on Wednesday, June 16, 2010 Waterloo Police responded to a Robbery alarm at the East 4th Street Liquor Store located at 1027 E. 4th Street. Officers arrived and found shots had been fired during an apparent robbery and two suspects had been injured. One suspect was pronounced dead at the scene. The second suspect was transported to Allen Memorial hospital where he was later pronounced dead. No names are being released at this time pending notification of relatives. This is an on going Investigation.
