On Saturday, February 19, 2011 at approximately 1:51 a.m Officers of the Waterloo Police Department were dispatched to a three vehicle accident at the intersection of Washington and Williston.

On arrival to this location a total of three subjects had sustained injuries.  All the subjects were transported to area hospitals for treatment.

One of the subjects was pronounced dead at the hospital.

No names are being released at this time pending notification of relatives.

This accident is under investigation by the Waterloo Police Department.
