On Sunday April 24, 2011 at 12:43 pm, Waterloo Police and Fire Departments responded to the area of the Conger Street Bridges near San Souci on witness reports of a car that left the roadway and entered the Cedar River.  The car has not been located yet and Conger Street in the area of the bridges from Oakland Ave to Ansborough Ave are closed while the investigation continues.
