Emergency personnel have located the vehicle and successfully removed it from the Cedar River. Upon investigation, the driver was found to be deceased within the vehicle. The identification of the driver is being held pending notification of family members.

The investigation into the fatality accident continues.

The roadways in this area have been reopened for normal travel.
