Patch

On 3/16/12, Dennis Leahy, 63YOA, 6/12/48, was placed under arrest without incident at Tyson's meats in Waterloo this evening.  In Late February and Early March, Leahy approached the National Cattle Congress to set up a charity fundraising concert.  The charities he mentioned were contacted and advised they were not involved with this event.  After being advised to stop handing out flyers and attempting to sell tickets, Leahy continued to do so.  Through an ongoing investigation, with the cooperation of National Cattle Congress, and the other charities, Leahy was placed under arrest and charged with Fraudulent Practices 2nd Degree.
