On Monday, May 7, 2012 at approximately 11:43 PM, Waterloo Police were dispatched to the The National Cigar Store, 617 Sycamore Street reference a police alarm.

Officers arrived and found the glass to the front door had been broken out and several cartons of cigarettes had been taken from inside the store.

A short time later, Waterloo Police located two suspects, recovered some cigarettes and placed them under arrest. Arrested and charged with Burglary in the 3rd Degree was James NMN Aldridge Jr, age 49, of 417 Elm Street, Waterloo, IA and Willie Lee Dunson, age 56, of 521 Pine Street, Apartment #1, Waterloo, IA.
