Waterloo Police have identified the victim of a homicide in
the 100 block of Quincy Street, Monday evening, March 25, 2013 as 38 year-old
Keon Dale of 121 Quincy. Police
responded to a man down in front of 127 Quincy Street and found Dale who was
unresponsive. Dale was later pronounced
dead at the scene.

During the investigation it appeared Dale had sustained
injuries consistent with being stabbed. 
Waterloo Police identified 34 year-old Kristie Kelly Clark-Richardson of
Cedar Falls as a suspect in the homicide. Kristie Clark-Richardson was interviewed by
Officers and was later charged with Murder-1st Degree and is
currently being held in the Black Hawk County Jail.

An Autopsy is being scheduled in Ankeny Iowa to determine
the cause of death and no further details are being released at this time.
