The Waterloo Police Department has been searching for Anthony Tronca, Age 43, and Jessica Ogden, age 29, for questioning in the murder of Ronald Dean Randall, age 44.

On September 15th, 2014 at approximately 7:15 P.M. information was received through Cedar Valley Crime Stoppers that Jessica Ogden and Anthony Tronca were at 305 Baltimore Street in Waterloo. Based on the information received during this investigation it was believed that Anthony Tronca was armed and dangerous, as a precaution the Waterloo Police Tactical Team was used to execute the warrant at this address.

Jessica Ogden was located and arrested at this address; however Anthony Tronca was not located and remained at large.

The following morning at 5:30 A.M., September 16th 2014, Anthony Tronca walked into the lobby of the Black Hawk County Sheriff’s Office and was taken into custody by the Waterloo Police Department.

After questioning both were transported to the Black Hawk County Jail. Jessica Ogden was booked on a warrant for unrelated charges and Anthony Tronca was booked on a warrant for Possession with Intent to Deliver Methamphetamine while in possession of a firearm.
