Patch

Each year, thousands of items are reported lost or stolen and the owners do not have adequate information about the items.  The owners' ability to adequately identify these items is central to law enforcement's ability to investigate these crimes and losses.   Please feel free to use this free ATF publication to keep track of any items of value in your home.   In the event any of this property is lost or stolen you will be able to quickly provide law enforcement with this identification information.

Although this form was created by the ATF to be used for firearms records, feel free to use it to record any items of value in your home, including TV's, Computers, Bikes etc.   Once completed you should store it in a safe place.

The form is available at www.waterloopolice.com at the bottom of the homepage under publications.
