On Wednesday, September 26^th, 2018 at 5:12 AM the Waterloo Police Department served a search warrant at 914 W. 6^th Street in regards to an ongoing weapons and narcotic investigation.   As a result of this search warrant Waterloo Officers assigned the VCAT Unit recovered the following firearms in the possession/control of Jacob M. Gary:

Colt Defense M4 5.56 caliber rifle

SKS 7.62 X 39 caliber pistol

Smith and Wesson .40 Caliber pistol

Jacob M Gary age 28 was charged with 3 Counts of Dominion/Control of Firearm/Offensive Weapon by a Felon, a class D Felony.

This is an ongoing investigation and no photos or further information will be released at this time.
