Waterloo Police have arrested a third suspect in connection to the armed robbery attempt of the E.4th Street Liquor Store located at 1027 E. 4th Street in the early morning hours of June 16, 2010.  During the investigation into the attempted robbery, Waterloo Police were attempting to locate 19 year old, Blake Alexander Leflore, DOB 6/08/91 of Waterloo for questioning in his possible involvement in the robbery where Robert Maurice Bolden and Antonio McNeal Sproles were shot and killed.

 

With assistance of the Des Moines Police Department, Leflore was located in the Des Moines area and taken into custody on an unrelated charge.  While being questioned by Waterloo Police, Leflore admitted to being with Bolden and Sproles and to his involvement in the robbery.

 

Blake Alexander Leflore was transported back to Waterloo and booked into the Black Hawk County Jail on a charge of Robbery in the first degree.

 

The investigation is on-going and no further information is being released at this time.
