On June 24, 2010 Officers responded to 413 Ricker Street on report of a shooting. One of the victims in the shooting, John Marvin Parham, Jr., passed away this morning at Allen Memorial Hospital.
The case remains under investigation. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Waterloo Police Department at 319-291-4340.
