Update regarding the missing person notification on 10/1/11 for Patricia Jean Bartels:

Officers and Investigators located Mrs.Bartels car on 10/2/11 at approximatley 00:20 a.m. in a  heavily wooded area off Hwy 20 near Hwy 218 in Waterloo.  Mrs. Bartels was found deceased in the car.  It appears the car left the roadway, down an extreme grade in the ditch,  travelled a great distance and came to rest in the wooded area.   

The investigation continues.
