Operation Locate 1-3-24

The Waterloo Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating Titan Youngblood, 13. Titan was last seen on January 2, 2024 at around 2:00pm in the 900 block of Forest Ave. He was supposed to be going to the Waterloo Public Library to meet a friend according to his family. He was reported missing to the Waterloo Police Department on January 3, 2024 at around 3:00pm.

Titan is described as a white male, 5’4 160lbs and was last seen wearing a black Adidas sweatshirt, black jeans, black Puma shoes, and a black backpack with a smiley face.  He attends Central Middle School.
