Gun and drugs seized

On April 18, 2012 at approximately 5:00 AM, Members of the Tri-County Drug Enforcement Task Force executed a search warrant at 622 Lincoln Street, Waterloo, IA.

During the search, Investigators seized a quantity of ecstasy and crack cocaine. They also seized a .38 caliber revolver.

Arrested were:

Michelle Marie Fuller, age 24 of 622 Lincoln Street, Waterloo, IA. Fuller was charged with Possession with Intent to Deliver Crack Cocaine while in possession of a firearm, Drug Tax Stamp Violation and Possession with Intent to Delivery Ecstasy while in possession of a firearm.

Ronnie Anthony Griffin, Jr. age 29, of 622 Lincoln Street, Waterloo, IA. Griffin was charged with Possession with Intent to Deliver Crack Cocaine while in possession of a firearm, Drug Tax Stamp Violation and Possession with Intent to Delivery Ecstasy while in possession of a firearm.

The Tri-County Drug Enforcement Task Force was assisted by the Waterloo Police Patrol Unit and the Violent Crime Apprehension Team.
