Waterloo Police Make Arrest In School Vandalism
On Monday, January 9, 2012 Waterloo Police arrested a 12-year-old juvenile in connection to the vandalism to Fred Becker Elementary School located at 1700 Downing Avenue in Waterloo. In October of last year the school which is under construction was vandalized with spray paint with estimated damage in excess of two thousand dollars.
