Waterloo Police Seek Public Assistance in Locating Missing Person

alt Waterloo Police are seeking the public's assistance in locating a missing person. Missing is T'Aira Denise Chatman age 19. She is described as a black female, 5'11" approximately 140 lbs. She has black hair with blondes weaves and a tattoo of her name on her left wrist. She was last seen at her residence in the 100 block of Madison St, Waterloo at approximately 4:00AM on Fridat, December 16th. She was last seen wearing a grey hooded sweatshirt with sparkles on the sleeves, black and pink pajama pants and blue boots.
