On October 24th, 2018 at 11:56 PM Waterloo Police received a call that there were two males walking around inside the apartment building at 216 Brookeridge Drive.   Officers conducted a traffic stop in the area and through the investigation it was determined that these males matched the description given by the reporting party.    Officers determined that Adnan Albegic age 25, and Lakendrick Mosley age 27 conspired to commit a robbery at 216 Brookeridge Drive.    Albegic and Mosely were charged with Conspiracy to Commit Robbery and processed at the Black Hawk County Jail.    Also arrested as a result of this incident was Cletio Clark age 28, on a 1st Degree Robbery warrant issued by the Fort Dodge Police Department, he was released to their custody.   During a search of the area officers found rubber gloves, a ski mask and two 9 mm handguns.   One of the handguns was reported stolen out of Waterloo.
