On Friday, June 14, 2019 at approximately 2:17 AM Waterloo Police responded to a report of a vehicle fire in the area of Park Lane and Kimball Ave.   Waterloo Fire Rescue responded and extinguished the fire.   A sole male occupant was found deceased in the vehicle.   On June 20^th, 2019 the deceased was identified by the Iowa State Medical Examiner’s Office as Christopher A. Baker, age 29 of Waterloo.  At this time foul play is not suspected in this incident.
