On Saturday, November 23, 2019 at approximately 5:55 PM Waterloo Police and Waterloo Fire Rescue responded to a report of shots fired with injuries in the 200 block of Madison Street.   Two victims were located seated in a vehicle, suffering from apparent gunshot wounds.   Both victims were transported to Allen Memorial Hospital for treatment.   One of the victims, Marquavion D. Brown, age 19 of Waterloo died as the result of his injuries.   The second victim, Quintorey F. Kemp age 21 continues to receive treatment for his injuries.
