The Waterloo Police Department is issuing an Operation Locate Alert for Ariel Artis, black female, age 13, unknown clothing. She is approximately 5'3" tall, weighs 130pounds, with long black hair, in braids.. She was last seen at approximately 5 PM on Saturday, September 18th, 2021.  She may be, or have been, in the Cedar Rapids area.  Anyone with any information is asked to call the Waterloo Police Department at 319-291-2515.
