3 arrested for daytime burglary

On Tuesday, July 3, 2012, at approximately 10:55 AM, Waterloo Police responded to the 400 block of Summit on report of three suspicious males prowling around the houses in the area.

Responding officers observed these subjects in the driveway of 327 Summit. They were trying to gain access to the residence through a west side window. Officer found that they had cut the screen on the window and also cut the screen on the porch.

Arrested were:

Robert Lesley Boggs, age 15, of 820 Logan Avenue, Waterloo. He was charged with 3rd Degree Burglary and possession of marijuana.

Joesy Rovell Nesby, age 18, of 119 St. Albans Street, Waterloo. He was charged with 3rd Degree Burglary.

Cedrick A. Smith, age 16, of 504 N. Barclay, Waterloo. He was charged with 3rd Degree Burglary.
