On December 17th 2010 at 11:57PM, Officers of the Waterloo Police Department's Violent Crime Apprehension Team (VCAT) located and took into custody the following individual on a Felony Parole Violation warrant.

Terance Lee Mallett age 26 of 2201 Regal, Waterloo.

Mallett had been listed on the Black Hawk County Sheriff's Office "Most Wanted" list. He was booked into the county jail following his arrest.
