Police investigate stabbing

On Tuesday, May 29, 2012 at approximately 12:45 AM, Waterloo Police were sent to the 932 West 2nd on report of a stabbing. The victim, Markus Earl Harding, age 28, of Waterloo was in front of the residence when two males approached him.

One suspect had a knife and stabbed Harding in the left shoulder. The suspects took Harding's money and left in a vehicle. Harding was admitted to a local hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

The case remains under investigation.
