Lieutenant Corbin Payne is the Community Resource Lieutenant for the Waterloo Police Department and serves as the department's liaison to the Waterloo Neighborhood Associations.

Responsibilities Include:

• Police Liaison to Neighborhood Associations
• Instruct training sessions to civic organizations, businesses, and neighborhood groups.
• Coordinate national events e.g. National Cattle Congress and National Night Out.
