On Tuesday, June 28, 2011 at 07:55 AM, Waterloo Police were dispatched to 3910 Memory Lane on a report of some lawn furniture being stolen from the front porch. The suspects were seen leaving the scene in a white Buick.

A short time later, officers located the vehicle on Dalton Drive. Officers observed the lawn furniture in the trunk of the car. The vehicle was stopped and the driver and passenger were arrested.

Arrested were Gregory Todd Selken age 37, and Angela Marie Brooks, age 34 both of 5611 Dalton Drive, Waterloo, IA. They are being charged with Theft in the 4th Degree and Criminal Trespass. Selken was also charged with possession of marijuana and Brooks was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

They were transported to the Black Hawk County Jail.
