The Waterloo Police Department is asking for the public's help with locating a missing juvenile.  Malaya Stephenson, 12 years old, was last seen in the area of Starbucks, 2123 Kimball Ave on Ocotober 13, 2025 at approximately 2:45PM.  Malaya is a black female who is approximately 5 feet tall and weighing 180 pounds.  She was last seen wearing green camouflage pants, a brown and purple sweater and brown and purple Nike shoes.  Anyone with information is asked to contact the Waterloo Police Department at (319) 291-2515.
