Operation Locate Oct 13th #2 Update

The Waterloo Police Department is asking for the public's help with locating a missing juvenile.  Ja'Zyia Dixon, 11 years old, was last seen in the area of Starbucks, 2123 Kimball Ave on Ocotober 13, 2025 at approximately 2:45PM.  Ja'Zyia is a black female who is approximately 5 feet tall and weighing 149 pounds.
