May 19th Homicide

On Monday May 19, 2025, at approximately 10:42 AM Waterloo Police Officers and Waterloo Fire were dispatched to the 1300 blk of W 4th street on a report of a person who had been shot.  Officers arrived on scene and observed a male victim laying in the driveway unresponsive.  The male gunshot victim has been transported by Waterloo Fire Ambulance

Shooting Investigation

On Friday, May 16th, 2025, at about 1332 hrs., Waterloo Police were dispatched to Allen Hospital on the report of a shooting victim that arrived at the hospital by private vehicle.  Through the investigation, it was determined that the scene of this incident was in the 200 blk. of Sumner Street.  The victim in this case sustained life-threatening

City Pet License Update
