The Waterloo Police Department is asking for the public's help with locating a missing person.  Emir Beganovic, a 23-year-old, was last seen on July 19th, 2026, at his apartment at 125 Southbrooke Drive in Waterloo at approximately 6:30 PM.  Emir is a white Bosnian male who is 5'7" tall and weighs 150 lbs.  He was last seen wearing a grey T-shirt with a cat head on it, red shorts with black on the sides, and silver slippers.  Emir is autistic.  He has seizures and does not have his medication for this.  Anyone with information is asked to contact with Waterloo Police Department at (319) 291-2515.
