****UPDATE- JACIA WILLIAMS HAS BEEN LOCATED****

The Waterloo Police Department is issuing an Operation Locate Alert for Jacia Williams, age 13. She is a black female, 5'7" and last seen wearing black/grey shorts and black tank top. Williams ran away from a family member in the area of Hwy 20/ Hwy 63 in Waterloo on 2/16/26 and was picked up by another subject operating a separate vehicle. That person has been interviewed and determined to not have any connection to Williams. The last known sighting of Williams was in the area of Logan Ave and Donald St on 2/16/26.
