  • The division oversees a 10.5 million dollar annual budget
  • The division is responsible for accounts payable/receivable, payroll and budget preparation, bid preparation and processing and grant applications
  • The division conducts background checks for new employees, internal investigations on existing employees and is responsible for all personnel issues such as insurance and other employee benefits
  • The division is responsible for training all new officers and the monthly in-service training of Waterloo Police Department employees and employees of other law enforcement agencies as well
